Most AI training for executives is taught in general, to a group, on the provider's timetable. AI coaching apps coach you with a chatbot. This is a person working with you on your own work, in private.

A short time audit, a check of your tools and your company's AI policy, and your first assistant built live.
STEP 3
Each session takes one real task and ends with something working that you keep using.
STEP 4
Send a question on WhatsApp and get an answer within one working day. Please don't send confidential files there.
STEP 5
We check the hours you save, what's running and what comes next. If your company pays, your sponsor gets a summary you have approved.

The diagnostic guarantee. If after the 2-hour diagnostic you don't think the programme is worth it, tell me within 48 hours. I'll refund everything you have paid, and you owe nothing more. It applies to every programme.
The hours-back promise. In the 90-Day Programme and the Advisory, if you're not saving at least 5 hours a week by day 45, measured against your week-1 time audit, I'll coach you at no extra cost until you are, for up to 4 more sessions. It applies if you attend your sessions, complete the agreed actions and repeat the time audit at day 45.
Payment: the Sprint is paid in full to confirm your start date. The Programme and the Advisory are paid 50% to confirm and 50% at the halfway point. Sessions in person in Dubai are included. Elsewhere, travel is charged at cost. For clients outside the UAE, I confirm the VAT position on the proposal. Sessions can be moved with 24 hours' notice. Unused sessions expire 30 days after the programme ends. I work with no more than 8 executives at a time, so start dates can fill up.
Founding clients. The first five clients get one extra session and a monthly check-in for six months after the programme, at no cost. I'll ask for honest feedback and, only if you're happy, permission to share your story without naming you or your company.

I run my own consultancy with AI every day. AI assistants prepare my client reports, chase deals and draft replies for me to check. I coach you on the same kind of set-up, built around your role, and I run every session myself.
This programme grew out of coaching a senior executive 1-to-1 on AI. It keeps what worked: private sessions, real work, and something working at the end of every session.

Courses teach AI in general, to a group, on their timetable, and leave you to apply it. Here we start with your own work and tools, fit around your diary, and you leave every session with something working. If you have already done a course, this is where it turns into a habit.
No. If you can write an email, you can do this. I handle the set-up with you, step by step, in plain English.
Yes. We use the AI tools your company has approved, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or Claude, and follow your AI policy. If there isn't a policy, I show you safe defaults. This is practical guidance, not legal advice.
We sign an NDA before the diagnostic. Confidential files stay in your company's approved tools and out of my own AI assistants. Sessions aren't recorded or transcribed unless you ask, and I never name coaching clients without written permission.
About 90 minutes every week or two, plus 20 to 30 minutes between sessions to use what we built. The Sprint runs for 6 weeks, the Programme for 90 days and the Advisory for 6 months. We plan around your travel and busy periods.
Yes. I invoice your company, with VAT where it applies, and can send a one-page outline for your HR team, CEO or board to approve, with objectives and how we'll measure them. What you share in sessions stays between us. Your sponsor only sees the summary you approve.
